We are seeking professional Beauty Consultants who have extensive beauty knowledge and sales ability to present and promote Expressions beauty services to customers to address their beauty needs. The candidate will be crucial in securing sales for the Company.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to answer enquiries and arrange for appointments
- Provide body/skin analysis and consultant to identify customer’s weight management, facial and other beauty needs
- Customize and explain benefits of treatment plans
- Perform sales pitch and convince customers to purchase packages
- Conduct slimming, facial and other beauty treatments for customers
- Provide diet and lifestyle advice to customers to complement treatment plans
- Manage front desk operations (appointment system, point-of-sales system, credit card and digital payment terminals)
- Work as a team, with beauticians/therapists to achieve personal and group sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with good sales record for slimming and facial treatments
- Able to speak both English & Mandarin
